If you don’t then your probably living under a rock-The purchase all 25 area mod is required to play this save game, but the unlock all milestone and unlimited money is recommended, other mods that I had included in the list aren’t really necessary and only helped build this city but you may include them if you think they are necessary for gameplayConstructive critism is encouraged.
