Make a Minecraft Server run through Hamachi using Forge Mods.What have I done to do this?1) Download minecraft-server.1.8.9jar from the minecraft website. I then placed that into 'C:UsersTylerDesktopMCServer' so that it has its own folder.2) Attempt to run minecraft-server.1.8.9.jar using Java Binary SE (java.exe) and command prompt opens and instantly closes. To circumvent this I use command prompt and the command: java -jar 'C:userstylerdesktopmcserverminecraft-server.1.8.9.jar'When that runs I get errors out the ass and nothing happens still. So that's where I get stuckThe more successful method that I have tried.1) Download minecraft-server.1.8.9.exe and place it into its own folder (as I have done above)2) Run minecraft-server.1.8.9.exe, it creates the subfolders and eula.txt3) in the eula.txt I change eula=false to eula=true4) run minecraft.server.1.8.9.exe5) change serverproperties.txt IP line to match my Hamachi6) Using the latest forge-installer.jar, I run the installer (also with command prompt java -jar) and then select install server. I put those files into the same folder that my minecraft server is in7) Use the command prompt and java -jar again to run forge-installer universal.jar that was placed into my folder8) No Mods folder gets created as it is supposed to do.Yeah, so using Method 2, the server runs no problem and I can connect to it, but there's no mods.

I am running Windows 10. Thanks for the suggestion, but I am not allowed to open ports on my router and allow people to connect directly to me. Armstrong does not allow me to access my router to open ports in that way, so Hamachi is the way to do it.Here's the type of error I get when I run the minecraftserver.1.8.9.jar using the java -jar command in the prompt.It says server thread/INFO starting minecraft server version 1.8.9server thread/INFO loading propertiesthen it says how I have to accept the EULA in the eula.txt, but I don't have a eula.txt. When I run it uses minecraftserver.1.8.9 it automatically creates the eula.txt and serverproperties file for me.
