Welcome to The Line of Duty walkthrough guide. This side quest is given during the beginning of the game, during the main story quest, when you are asked to go to the Gotham City Police Department (GCPD) building.There are a total of 15 Firefighters and the Fire Chief spread amongst the three (3) islands that need to be rescued.The game directs you to the first firefighter which is at Dixon Docks on Bleake Island. From here, the idea is to find the rest of the firefightersthrough listening to comm chat and searching groups of thugs in generally concealed areas. This is done by either being close enough for the game to mark it or searching in detective mode to see the groups holding them hostage.For this guide, I will be provide an image for each map area marking all of locations. I will also be following a numbering system on the map that will give more information below the map about the location. This guide will be split into each Island location.NOTE: The firefighters can be found in any order prior to finding the Fire Chief, you just need all of them.

Given Bleake Island is the starting point, seems just as good a place as any to go with. As mentioned the start of the quest directs you to Firefighter Wood at Dixon Dock. He is in a security office near the front right side of entrance to the dock. From here you are on your own to find the rest.Bleake Island contians 6 Firefighers that need to be rescued.

Dixon Dock (given by game). Just northeast of the bridge to ACE Chemicals.

Lastly, the main story will open up Founders' Island and the final step for rescuing firefighers. For this last map, I had to append part of the map into the bottom left-hand corner.Founders' Island contians 5 Firefighers and the Fire Chief that need to be rescued. middle of Port Adams, south of Rykher Heights (shown). Ryker Heights, westside on coastline near blimps. Ryker Heights, east side of building marked. You need to find a manhole cover across the street from the building to enter and drop below the road. There will be a wall that needs to be brought down with the batmobile and then through the subsequent door to where the grouping is.

Upon getting in the more underground area, try to go to the location on the map right above. There you must enter the Batmobile’s Battle Mode and fire a power winch at a wall that give you to the option to right in front of you. Pull the wall down and then you can go inside to take on the harder battle so far. Here you must fight 20 at once, including two of the brutes that also have shock gloves. Just as with the last, use your Remote Electrical Charge in combat and take them down like prior brutes.

Captive Fire Chief Underhill. After the last one, this one is a breeze to find and is different from any of the rest so far. While the others typically have you fighting the whole group of enemies at once, this one instead takes the approach of some of the predator missions, with firefighter Taylor being on the only one similar at all. 16 armed enemies will be in this area, including three guarding the fire chief himself. Use your predator skills to take them out one by one, because otherwise you will be dead very quickly. Lure them away and then go after the final three in the middle and you will have completed the Line of Duty side mission in Batman: Arkham Knight.Pages: 3.
