As far as the official updates are concerned, no news are being aired by the manufacturer and the users are eagerly waiting for the official Samsung Galaxy J2 Nougat update. Noble rom v2.5 j200g update. Indeed, the device runs on an old version of Android.
I have just installed Outlook for Mac (v15.19.1). All my IMAP emails on Godaddy downloaded upon creating a new account. After this initial process, nothing is syncing back to my IMAP server at Godaddy. According to my Godaddy webmail view, I have new emailssitting in my inbox that are no getting downloaded to Outlook. If I move, delete, or read an email, it is not reflected back on the Webmail account. However, I used my iPhone to move, delete, or read an email and these changes instantly show in the webmail- so I ruled out an issue with the IMAP account.I ended up deleting the entire account within Outlook and then added it back again. This time, all the IMAP emails on Godaddy downloaded again as expected, including the new ones that were not syncing.

However, as soon as the initial load was complete, allnew emails that showed up in the GoDaddy webmail were still not syncing with Outlook. I have clicked 'Sync Folder' and verified that there are no sync error appearing in the 'Sync Error' view.
There are no sync processes running in the'Sync Status' and my main Outlook window at the bottom says 'All folders are up to date', which is obviously not accurate.Being able to receive new emails is a basic functionality of an email browser. I would understand if some bell and whistle did not work as expected as a 'bug' but receiving new emails is a core function. I am very disappointed with Microsoft. It seemsthis is a commonly experienced issue according to the number of online forums that I have read and there is no support topic that addresses a solution.QUESTION:Is there anything that can be done to fix this sync issue or should I request a refund and switch to a product that works as expected? I'm having the same issues - started suddenly last week.
Mac Mail Not Syncing
Very unhappy with the Office products Microsoft has for Mac, not all features are available and they're 'working on it'. Well if you're working on it and can't offer all of the features thatare available for Windows users (BTW, I had to get rid of my windows computer and switch to a MAC because of the constant issues after the last Windows 'upgrade') then don't charge me full price. Hi guys!Got myself a new 6s plus and I'm loving it. One thing I've noticed after a week, however, is that email is not syncing on its own. Whether push or fetch is on, everytime I go into the mail app, it always THEN decides to sync. Case in point, it's rare that I wake up and there's not at least five emails waiting for me, and for the last few days I've had none. Only for like, 10 to show up when I open the app. I've switched from push to fetch, and then back to push (apparently there's not option to fetch 'as items arrive,' which is odd). I've deleted and readded the account with the same results.Anyone else having syncing problems?
Is it a major provider like Gmail or Outlook?Gmail doesn't do push at all with the iOS mail app, so when you open the app, it will then check Gmail.Now with that said, I do see occasional issue with push. I use Outlook.com and most of the time it works, but occasionally it will stop. I'll notice I haven't seen any emails for a while and open then app, then boom, I see all the emails pop up. When this happens I usually do 2 things, flip the switch from push to fetch, then back to push and then I reboot the phone.I have no idea why it just stops 'pushing' but it does.Last edited by ChuckIV; at 11:33 AM.
